Reclining Buddha, Bagan

This is the 18-metre Shinbinthalyaung reclining Buddha near the Shwesandaw pagoda in Bagan, Burma. It is thought to be from the 11th century. Loads of people gather at the pagoda every evening to watch the sunset, hence its nickname: the sunset pagoda. I loved Burma. The food was terrible but the people were the best.
